2020 Companies is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to work in Best Buy locations, promoting Meta products with hands-on demonstrations and strong customer engagement.

You will train remotely, earn competitive hourly pay, and receive bonus incentives tied to performance; weekend availability is required, along with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
