2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work in Best Buy Manchester, CT. The role pays $24 per hour with a seasonal completion bonus and includes flexible/ enhanced pay options, training, and growth paths within 2020 Companies.

Shifts are Fridays 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturdays 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, Sundays 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, with dates now through 01/03/2027 and additional holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6+ months of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Interest in technology, wearables, and/or VR preferred.
• Comfortable engaging customers and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: iPhone 11 or newer / Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
