2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to work at Best Buy in Spring, TX. You will demonstrate Meta wearable AI and immersive tech, engage shoppers, and train store teams on new features.

The role offers flexible weekly pay, bonuses, fully remote training, and clear pathways into leadership within the program. You will gain real-world resume-building experience in consumer AI and premium brand representation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Smartphone required: iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
• Your own personal, reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta products via hands-on demos and friendly engagement.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on customer interests.
• Lead demonstrations through the sales process and ask for the sale.
• Maintain organized displays and up-to-date product knowledge for store teams.
• Track demonstrations and sales activity toward program goals.

Overview:

Schedule:

20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours:

Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Dates:

Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule:

Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

About the Role:

Day in the Life

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer's interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, frominitialengagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and salesactivitywhile working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred

• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
