2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist for Best Buy in Conroe, TX. You’ll showcase Meta products through in-store demos, engage shoppers, and train store teams on new AI apps and features.

Flexible paydays, bonuses, and paid training support your seasonal schedule. Role requires weekend availability (Fri–Sun) with afternoon/evening shifts and a 20-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Your own personal, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.

Schedule:

20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours:

Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates:

Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule:

Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.
