2020 Companies in partnership with Meta is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist in McKinney, TX. You will demonstrate Meta products in a Best Buy to create excitement, engage shoppers, and train store teams on new AI apps and features, while earning a weekly base pay plus seasonal bonus.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months in sales or retail; you should enjoy technology and customer interactions, be comfortable asking for the sale, and have reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale
• Customer-first experience mindset
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift upto 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, frominitialengagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and salesactivitywhile working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology

Schedule: 20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Holiday Schedule:

Holiday Schedule: Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.
