2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, are hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to work at Best Buy in Irving, TX. You will demonstrate Meta products and create excitement around the brand while training store teams on AI apps and features.

Bring an outgoing personality, strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible schedules include weekends, with potential for growth within the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Your own personal, reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate key product features based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from engagement to sale.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.

:$xx per hour +SeasonalCompletion Bonus*

Schedule:

20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours:

Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates:

Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule:

Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

About the Role:

• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and salesactivitywhile working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology
