2020 Companies partners with Meta to deliver in-store experiences at Best Buy, Little Rock. You will demo Meta products, engage customers, and train retail staff on AI features, driving excitement and sales in a part-time seasonal role.

Eligible candidates enjoy flexible paydays, ongoing product certification, and clear pathways to more advanced roles within 2020 Companies. Weekend availability is required across shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Your own personal, reliable transportation

Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part‑time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists!

Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal)

Work Location: Best Buy 275 - Little Rock, AR 72211

Pay: $22 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule: 20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates: Now - 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

Bonus Information

• Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

About The Role

Are you outgoing? Do you enjoy showing off new tech? As a Meta Sales Specialist, you will work within your local big-box retailer, demonstrating and promoting Meta products to consumers while creating excitement around the brand. In this role, you will build strong relationships with retail associates, create engaging customer experiences, and train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features. All product and technology training is provided.

• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience

• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale

• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals
