2020 Companies is hiring Meta Sales Specialists to work part-time seasonal at Best Buy in Destin, FL. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage shoppers, and train store teams on AI apps and features. The role focuses on building relationships with retail staff and driving demo engagement and sales.

Earn $22 per hour with seasonal completion bonuses. Shifts are Fri–Sun, with hours and holiday availability noted. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within 2020 Companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of sales/retail/tech experience preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekends.

Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-timeSeasonalMeta Sales Specialists!

Pay:$22 per hour +SeasonalCompletion Bonus*

Schedule:20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours:Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Dates:Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule:Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

About the Role

Day in the Life

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, frominitialengagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and salesactivitywhile working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers,demonstratingproducts, and confidently asking for the sale
• Customer-first experience mindset
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphonerequired: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
