What You Will Do

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store.
• Engage with vendors and associates professionally to meet store needs.
• Ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate for easy product location.
• Create visually appealing, safe, and accessible product displays.

Additional Responsibilities

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) completes merchandising resets and service projects accurately, on time, following safety standards. Responsibilities include building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues, checking third-party work, and providing proof of completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly seasonal schedule, generally 10-40 hours.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and weekday availability (morning, afternoon, or evening, varies by location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks like prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 pounds with assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends as required.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs for task completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of product merchandising experience, including reading planograms and setting up displays.
• 3 months of experience operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Knowledge of basic tools (hand tools, drills, saws).
