Job Description: Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate, this means:

1. Being friendly and professional, engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs.
2. Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate for easy merchandise location.
3. Creating visually appealing product displays that are safe, clean, and accessible for customers.

The Seasonal MSA completes merchandising resets and service projects accurately, on time, and following safety standards. Responsibilities include building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues, checking third-party work, and providing proof of completion.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Hourly seasonal schedule, generally 10-40 hours.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and varied weekday shifts (depending on location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, heavier with assistance).

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in web-based computer programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of product merchandising experience.
• 3 months operating power equipment.
• Basic knowledge of tools like hand tools, drills, and saws.
