1. Being friendly and professional, engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs.
2. Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate for easy merchandise location.
3. Creating visually appealing, safe, clean, and accessible product displays.

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) completes merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and according to standards. This role involves building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues, checking third-party work, and providing proof of completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: generally scheduled 10-40 hours.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and flexible weekday availability (morning, afternoon, or evening, varies by location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends as required.
• Proficiency in utilizing web-based computer programs for tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of product merchandising experience, including reading planograms and setting up/taking down displays.
• 3 months of experience operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as hand tools, drills, and saws.
