Job Overview

• Being friendly and professional, and engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs.
• Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so that merchandise is easy to locate.
• Creating visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and easy for customers to access.

Responsibilities

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) completes merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

• Building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock.
• Resolving project issues or questions and checking third-party work completion.
• Providing proof of project completion.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10-40 hours.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and flexibility during weekdays (varies by location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 pounds with or without assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to work overnight and weekends as required.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs for task completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of product merchandising experience, including reading planograms and setting up displays.
• 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
• Basic knowledge of tools like hand tools, drills, and saws.
