Job Description for Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs.
• Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so that merchandise is easy to locate.
• Creating visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and accessible for customers.

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) completes merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards. Responsibilities include building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues, checking third-party work, and providing proof of project completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly seasonal schedule generally ranging from 10-40 hours.
• Preferred availability on weekend mornings and during weekdays (morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance; may need to lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to utilize web-based computer programs for tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• Six months of experience in product merchandising, including reading planograms and setting up/taking down displays.
• Three months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
• Working knowledge of basic tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws).
