What You Will Do

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store.
• Engage with vendors and associates to meet store needs.
• Ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate for easy product location.
• Create visually appealing, safe, clean, and accessible product displays.

Additional Responsibilities

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) completes merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with standards. This includes building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues, checking third-party work, and providing proof of project completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly seasonal schedule generally between 10-40 hours.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and flexibility during weekdays (varies by location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 pounds with assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends as required.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• Experience in product merchandising, reading planograms, and setting up/taking down displays.
• Experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
• Knowledge of basic tools (hand tools, drills, saws).
