What You Will Do

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store.
• Engage with vendors and associates to meet store needs.
• Ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate for easy merchandise location.
• Create visually appealing, safe, and accessible product displays.
• Complete merchandising resets and service projects accurately, on time, and according to standards.
• Build displays, process damaged products, rotate and price stock, resolve issues, and verify project completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly seasonal schedule typically 10-40 hours.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and flexible weekday hours.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (up to 25 pounds or more with assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of product merchandising experience.
• 3 months operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Basic knowledge of tools (hand tools, drills, saws).

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.20 per hour
