• Being friendly and professional, engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs.
• Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate.
• Creating visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and accessible for customers.

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) completes merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and according to standards. Responsibilities include building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues, checking third-party work, and providing proof of completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: generally scheduled 10-40 hours.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and flexible weekday hours (availability varies by location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance; may lift heavier with assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends as required.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of product merchandising experience, including reading planograms and setting up displays.
• 3 months operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as hand tools, drills, and saws.
