Zusammenfassung

Total Wine & More is seeking seasonal Merchandisers to maximize product inventory, build displays, stock shelves, and support online orders and curbside pickup. You’ll interact with customers, learn product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, and help maintain promotions and store cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail experience, with familiarity of POS and inventory software.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Aufgaben

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely and in accordance with company policies, including curbside delivery if applicable.
