Job summary

Total Wine & More in Pensacola, FL is hiring for seasonal Merchandiser roles. You’ll engage customers, stock and display merchandise, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup or delivery when applicable.

Training on wine and spirits is provided, with emphasis on promotions and loyalty programs. Roles are seasonal, typically up to six months, with potential for non-seasonal opportunities after the season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory; process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and assist with online orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to improve product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and store cleanliness.
• Load and deliver orders safely if required.
