Job summary

Hallmark Cards in San Carlos, CA is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement, restock, and inventory at assigned stores. You’ll engage retailer teams, use a handheld device for reporting, and ensure timely resets and installations while representing the Hallmark brand.

This role features a variable schedule, about 20–22 hours weekly, with holiday peak periods and weekend shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device; communicate with supervisor; report time; provide feedback; survey participation.
• Holiday support: prepare for seasonal demand with extended hours and potential actual holiday work.
• Department Resets: may assist with installations, fixture building, and relocating card sections with notice two weeks prior.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers across territories.
