Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in stores across our network, focusing on product placement, inventory maintenance, and collaboration with store teams. The role includes holiday-driven schedules and potential installations and resets.

You will use a mobile device for tasks, engage with store staff professionally, and help ensure optimal Hallmark product displays. This position requires physical work with lifting up to 50 pounds and willingness to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: work additional days/hours around major holidays and possibly on actual holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reorganizing card sections, often with two weeks' notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in their territories as needed.
