Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement, restock, and inventory across assigned retail locations. You’ll work with store teams to ensure attractive displays and accurate stock levels while supporting seasonal resets and installations.

This role requires reliability, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort using a handheld device for planogram execution.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across assigned stores using a handheld device; maintain professional interactions with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setups, and reorganization of card sections, with advance notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support colleagues across territories.
