Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser in Sterling Heights, MI. You will maximize inventory, support online operations, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and deliveries as needed while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will work with store management, maintain safety standards, and participate in training to grow product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer offerings. This role may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
