Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Seasonal Merchandisers to optimize inventory, support online orders, and provide an engaging shopping experience. You will stock shelves, build displays, greet customers, and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
