Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser for our Phoenix area stores. You will maximize stock, organize displays, and support online orders while delivering friendly, personalized service to customers. Flexibility to assist with curbside and delivery tasks as needed is expected.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and a willingness to learn wine, spirits, and beer products. This seasonal position offers benefits including discounts and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend, stand for 8–10 hours; lift heavy cases.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Outdoor weather conditions may occur during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including travel as needed.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties and other tasks as assigned.
