Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store merchandisers in Wisconsin to support inventory, displays, and customer service. The role includes processing freight, stocking merchandise, and assisting with online orders and pickup/delivery, with opportunities to learn about wine, spirits, and beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely following company policies; assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• If delivery is added as an essential function, follow safety and traffic laws.
• If seasonal, role is short-term, no longer than six months, with potential for non-seasonal work.
