Total Wine & More is seeking Seasonal Store Team Members in Laguna Hills, CA to deliver outstanding customer service while managing inventory, fulfilling online orders, and supporting curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

You will engage customers, build product knowledge in wine, spirits and beer, operate the POS, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders and curbside pickup.
• Greet customers, deliver personalized service, and upsell products.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
