Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety efforts.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follows labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
