Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser in Bee Cave, TX to maximize inventory, staff the front end as needed, and support online orders and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.

As a Seasonal role, expect short-term engagement with potential to transition to non-seasonal. Prioritize POS familiarity, inventory skills, and a service-first attitude to help drive sales and a positive shopper experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; 1+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the store.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
