Job summary

Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO is seeking a Merchandise Team Member for Hospitality House. You will serve guests, stock merchandise, and operate the POS while ensuring PCI-compliant handling of payment data.

The role is full-time seasonal, starting immediately and ending 01/09/2027. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and ready to work in a dynamic, 1880s-themed shop environment.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Is consistently at work and on time.
• Assists guests by answering questions, providing product information, and other related services.
• Stocks shelves, counters, and/or tables with merchandise.
• Operates Point of Sale register following cash handling and credit card procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with PCI standards.
• Picks up, removes and records amount of cash in register at beginning and end of shift.
• Wraps and/or bags merchandise for customers.
• Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.
