Job summary

TJ Maxx Store Union NJ is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. You will engage with customers, ring purchases and returns, and promote loyalty programs, all under store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store merchandising standards.
• Participates in safety and loss-prevention practices and helps achieve shrink reduction goals.
• Assists in store recovery and upkeep of the sales floor throughout the day.
