Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and provide change as per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and overall store safety.
