• Ability to coach, support, and develop kitchen team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create new menu options based on seasonal changes and demand.
• Supervise training plans, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure safety and sanitation regulations are followed and train new staff.
• In the Executive Chef’s absence, run the kitchen with strong leadership.
