Job summary

The Fresh Market Inc. is seeking seasonal team members to join our stores in Raleigh, NC, supporting Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter work in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments.

You will help guests with meal solutions, merchandise with care, and maintain service standards while working in a friendly, welcoming environment. Flexible schedules include weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across departments by engaging with guests and learning their needs.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests throughout the store.
• Handle weighing, scanning, and cash handling as appropriate.
• Gather shopping carts and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Slice and prepare meat and cheeses and maintain product quality.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
