Allen Marine Inc in Sitka, Alaska is seeking seasonal Laborers to assist skilled shop staff with cleaning, sorting, and supporting larger projects. You will often work alongside welders, pipefitters, and mechanics in a marine and warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute in a dynamic setting. This is an entry-level seasonal opportunity with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other machinery safely.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb a 7-foot ladder and fit through a 28-inch escape hatch.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled shop staff with cleaning, sorting, and supporting larger projects.
• Work alongside welders, pipefitters, and mechanics.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of marine and warehouse work areas.
• Support day-to-day project operations as needed.
