• Experience with R/Python for stats and data visualization.
• Knowledge of baseball data, statistics, and sabermetrics.
• Adobe Suite experience a plus.
• Highly motivated with keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Stay current with game planning trends.
• SQL experience; Shiny experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create scouting reports using internal software for staff and executives.
• Prepare full scouting report suites for pre-series prep.
• Assist with video operations and distribution to coaches and players.
• Provide end-to-end baseball data prep for analysis.
• Design and implement custom database queries.
• Support operations with research and analysis for on-field improvements.
• Assist in data analytics and modeling of baseball data.
• Address ad hoc requests from Baseball Operations.
• Relocate gear and equipment as needed.
