Job summary

Three Rivers Park District seeks a Seasonal Maintenance Worker – Ski at Hyland Hills, Bloomington, MN. You will help with snowmaking and general ski area maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable park experience.

Position is seasonal and limited to 67 working days per year; age 18+, HS/GED required, Minnesota Class D license upon appointment. A Recreation Activity Pass is provided to all seasonal staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Graduate or Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED).
• Valid Minnesota Class D Driver’s License, upon appointment.

Responsibilities

• Perform snowmaking and ski area maintenance to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and high quality park visitor experience.
• Contribute to seasonal maintenance tasks and support operations within Hyland Hills Ski Area.

Job Announcement:

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Maintenance Worker – Ski positions at Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, MN. This position is responsible for performing snowmaking and other ski area maintenance related work that will assure a safe, enjoyable, and high quality park visitor experience. As a seasonal maintenance position, employment shall not exceed 67 working days in a calendar year. Student seasonal employees, who are under the age of 22, a full-time student enrolled in a nonprofit or public educational institution prior to being hired and plan to be in or return to school after employment ends, may work 100 days in a calendar year.

SALARY RANGE: $15.00 - $24.00/hour
