Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance: trash pickup, waste stations, litter control.
• Handle basic maintenance repairs: lighting, outlets, signage.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and daily work orders.
• Report safety hazards promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Support community improvement and seasonal projects.
