A Brief Overview

The Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the maintenance team in all phases of grounds and property maintenance. This role involves light repairs to residential units, landscape maintenance, and some housekeeping duties.

What you will do
  • Support the Maintenance Director/Manager, COM, and Warehouse teams.
  • Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping duties in office areas.
  • Help prepare units for market readiness.
  • Assist managers with maintenance tasks.
  • Help clean units, including carpet cleaning where applicable.
  • Maintain curb appeal meticulously.
  • Assist in maintaining playgrounds and outdoor amenities.
  • Perform general painting as assigned.
  • Represent the property professionally at all times.
  • Report unsafe conditions immediately to your supervisor.
  • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Follow proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of repairs and facility maintenance.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable and punctual attendance.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
Compensation

We offer competitive and equitable pay, generally between $20.24 and $23.75 per hour. Candidates must pass drug, background, physical, and motor vehicle record checks as required.
