Seasonal Maintenance Assistant - St. Paul, MN

Stonebridge Communities, LLC is looking for reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working individuals to join the team for the summer season of 2025. Seasonal Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day appearance and minor upkeep of the property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and visual appeal.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Painting and drywall
• Clean and maintain the community’s curb appeal
• Landscaping and landscaping activities
• Clean and maintain common areas and community rooms
• Monitoring maintenance tools and equipment, daily
• Take out and swap dumpsters and recycling containers as needed
• Assist with installing and moving appliances as needed
• Adhere to site and company health, safety, federal, state, and OSHA regulations
• Assist the maintenance team with daily tasks
• Assist with tasks associated with preparing apartments for move-ins
• Clean, monitor, and maintain pool deck daily
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• High School Education
• A valid Driver’s license
• General Labor, landscaping, and light maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform manual labor
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (cold, heat, wet, humid)
• Ability to walk and stand for an extended period
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: 40 hours per week

Wage Rate: $16 per hour
