The Merchant Processor Personalization – (Merch Processor - PZ) position is located in Olive Branch, MS. This position is responsible for receiving merchandise, creating OS&D paperwork, identify inner packs not consistent with DL and communication.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
- Learn and perform the following functions:
- Load and verify product(s) (Matching Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) numbers)
- Follow specification instructions to prepare the product for production
- Load the product on the respective machines for production (Laser, Engraving, Embroidery, Deboss and Ultraviolet (UV), etc.)
- Inspect the product to ensure that it meets all production instructions and quality standards for final approval and shipment to the customer
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all damages are captured and reported
- Assist in resolution of problem orders

EVENINGS - Monday - Friday 6:00 pm
