Job summary

S&S Activewear in Olathe, KS is hiring a Seasonal Restock Driver to retrieve inventory from floor locations and up‑stock storage and deliver to designated stocking or shipment areas. This role requires operating machinery safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will work Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, 90‑day seasonal term with potential for extension or full‑time consideration. Onsite location: 15400 S.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs with normal effort.
• Ability to use electronic devices and basic computer/reporting skills.
• Follow detailed instructions and work safely.
• Experience operating warehouse machinery (Forklift/Cherry Picker) preferred.
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Read and understand labels in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to perform primary role (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and WMS).
• Perform daily safety inspection checklists for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimums and work with urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas.
• Operate barcode scanner and warehouse software.
• Act professionally and stay focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment and follow leadership directions.
• Perform cleaning as required and maintain a safe, clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support team members.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

About The Role

The Seasonal Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up‑stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

Compensation & Schedule

$21.12 hourly

Sunday - Thursday (12PM-8:30PM), Seasonal Full-Time, Non-exempt

Onsite: 15400 S. Green Road - Olathe, KS 66061

NOTE: As a seasonal hire you have a defined employment time period of 90 days from date of hire. Depending on business needs this has the potential of being shortened or extended at managements discretion. There also may be an opportunity to be hired into a full‑time position if one becomes available but this is not guaranteed.

What You Will Do

• Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.


• Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.


• Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency


• Retrieve inventory from up‑stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas


• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software


• Act professionally and remain focused while working


• Safely operate all warehouse equipment


• Follow directions of leadership


• Perform cleaning activities as required


• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse


• Maintain a positive attitude


• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older


• Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs


• Ability to use electronic devices and basic computer/reporting skills


• Ability to follow detailed instructions


• Ability to operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience


• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day


• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively


• Ability to work independently without close supervision


• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately


• Ability to read and understand labels written in English


• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required

Protective Equipment Required

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend on safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.


• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
