Job summary

L’AGENCE in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate/Stylist for a full-time, on-site role to deliver an elevated client experience and reflect the L’AGENCE aesthetic. You will greet clients, understand style preferences, and provide personalized wardrobe recommendations.

You will maintain visual standards, assist with fitting rooms, handle POS transactions, and support inventory and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clienteling skills with ability to build rapport and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Retail sales and merchandising experience, especially in luxury or contemporary fashion environments, with ability to work toward individual and store sales goals.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques, and wardrobe building to align with the L’AGENCE brand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Organizational and operational abilities: manage POS, inventory, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
