Job summary

Hermès Washington D.C. Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

You will assist the sales team with the selling process, organize stock, answer phones, and support client service, repairs logging, and post-sale activities. The position begins in November and runs through December 31st.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and stock levels.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Handle after-sales activities such as logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones in a timely, friendly manner.
