Aesop in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Retail Consultant to engage customers with authentic conversations, demonstrate products, and build personalized skincare experiences. This role requires weekend availability and a flexible schedule to support peak shopping periods.

You will deliver a warm, informative service, build regimen recommendations, and uphold brand guidelines while representing premium products.

Qualifications

• Experience working in customer-focused environments such as retail or hospitality, with attention to detail in delivering tailored experiences.
• Merchant mindset combining customer focus with commercial drive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for demonstrations and conversations.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance products.
• Ability to work on the sales floor, climb stairs or ladders as needed, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Tell compelling brand stories and connect with customers through personalized conversations.
• Guide customers through the shopping journey with demonstrations and regimen recommendations.
• Lead customers to product demonstrations and ensure a memorable departure with a warm invitation to return.
• Maintain grooming standards and uphold retail presentation and stock/inventory tasks.
• Support continuous improvement by embodying Aesop's values in interactions.
