Job summary

Frette seeks a Seasonal Sales Assistant for its Cabazon, CA boutique to support inventory, client experience, and maintenance. The role is part-time through the holiday season beginning in October, with responsibilities across stockroom, sales floor, and offsite activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail store environment with front and back-of-house duties.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems, shipping, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Team player who can work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to travel to offsite storage within 15 miles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control including cycle counts and stock transfers.
• Maintain store appearance and product flow on the sales floor.
• Process sales and transactions and assist with client outreach.
• Support maintenance, repairs, and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on priorities and budget.
• Assist with offsite activities and home installations as needed.
