Job summary

Frette is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant for our Sunrise, FL boutique to support inventory, client experience, and maintenance through the holiday season. The role is part-time with up to 29 hours per week and pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Primary duties include overseeing stockroom operations, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional client service using extensive product knowledge. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in a retail store environment, including front and back-of-house preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.
• Proficiency with retail operating systems including shipping, POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and ability to work well independently as well as within a team atmosphere.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
• Team-oriented but also self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to travel as needed to off-site storage locations within a 15-mile radius.
• Willingness to have a positive partnership with the Corporate team as well as other store teams.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control ownership including cycle counts, reporting adjustments, and stock level monitoring.
• Execute transfers, damages, fulfillments, and holds to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain storage efficiency across front of house, back of house, and offsite locations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Sales Specialists on inventory levels and organization.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, and POS policies.
• Train staff on BOH procedures and communicate policy changes across the store.
• Follow packaging guidelines and perform ship-outs, returns, and charge sends.
• Meet sales goals by upholding selling ceremonies and fostering client relationships.
• Capture client data per CRM guidelines for authentic outreach and retention.
• Process transactions at the register and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Contribute to daily team meetings and support visual standards (VM).
• Assist with offsite activities including home installations, bank drops, and tailoring.
• Perform stockroom maintenance, inventory checks, and product shipping.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, cleaning, and safety procedures.
• Open/close procedures with checklist completion and coordination with store team.
• Coordinate with IT on helpdesk inquiries.
• Additional responsibilities as needed by Store Manager and Corporate Partners.
