Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver the company’s luxury service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing POS transactions, assisting in various store areas, and promoting services like alterations and personalization. A minimum of one year in customer-facing roles and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required,

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s) with proven ability to sell products and services.
Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and transition them to the appropriate associate.
Work in different store areas as needed.
Process POS transactions efficiently.
Escalate issues by connecting customers with management.
Follow up on customer requests and needs.
Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup with Operations and Managers on duty.
Assist with fitting room experiences as needed.
Suggest services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, or delivery.
