FoundRae is seeking a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant for our New York boutique during the holiday season. The role supports client-facing service, presentation standards, and daily store operations with hospitality, gift wrapping, and merchandise pulls to assist the team.

The ideal candidate brings luxury retail or client service experience, a meticulous eye for detail, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client service preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and presentation.
• Comfort handling high-value merchandise and following inventory procedures.
• Ability to work across teams and follow established processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage flow during peak traffic.
• Assist sales team with product pulls and client viewings.
• Wrap gifts and prepare presentation for client purchases.
• Prepare gifting materials and replenish packaging.
• Respond to clients across channels and support remote selling needs.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and back-of-house.
• Support inventory-related tasks and replenishment.
