Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate for our Naples store. You will work with the selling team to enhance the client experience during peak season, reporting to a Sales Manager who leads with a people-first approach and outstanding service.

You will welcome clients, assist across store areas, process POS transactions, and connect customers with management when needed. Be ready to support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fittings while promoting services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with selling ability.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, directing to the right associate.
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Escalate and connect customers with management when needed.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations with operations team.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Suggest services like alterations, personalization, food or beverage, delivery.
