Sid Mashburn shop is seeking a Seasonal Store Support to demonstrate brand values and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This hourly, non-exempt position contributes to daily store operations and upholds brand standards across all areas of the business.

You will engage with customers, assist with on-line orders, manage wrapping and hosting supplies, and support the team to maintain a welcoming environment and brand consistency.

• Assist with on-line order fulfillment.
• Manage store wrapping & hosting supply inventory.
• Assist with gift wrapping needs.
• Maintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every day.
• Maintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines.
• Communicate efficiently with Customers via phone and in-person.
